Culture war is a distraction by the rich and the powerful that prevents the modern individual from awareness of the suffering they experience and that their fellow majority experiences. Only after we see through this distraction will we understand that the accumulation of wealth by the 1% is all that stands between the world as we know it and the potential for equality, equity for all, and cultural, scientific and personal development. Individuals suffer from never knowing their communities, and this keeps us weak.
